The Conflux Trail is an adaptive reuse project that seeks to transform a neglected underpass at Dundas St. W and Royal York Rd. into an open air mural gallery. The underpass will be made accessible by installing a 1.78 km trail over the desire line along the Kingsway Hydro Path, connecting Mimico Creek to the Humber River Recreational Trail.

The Crosstown Hydro Corridor extends south west from the Humber River and crosses above Royal York Rd. just north of Dundas St. W.

There is a wide gap between the rail tracks and the southern railing of the bridge, which has the potential to become a pedestrian walkway pending proper approvals from CP Rail.
